In light of all of the negative attention Israel gets in the media, I would like to dedicate this blog to the stories that never reach the headlines: the happy ones. I want you to get a glimpse of this tiny country through my eyes. The place I will always call home.

African Refugees Find Jobs, Education, Community in Israel

This is the story of two African refugees from Sudan and Somalia who escaped to Israel for a better life. They were accepted into society and now attend my alma mater - IDC Herzliya. Thanks to Jessica Berger for the story.
